Relationships At Work
RAW is a coaching, consulting and recruiting business focused on developing individuals and teams to grow more effectively and profitably by building their ‘relationship intelligence’. Our work is grounded in some of the latest thinking on systems (White Paper by CRR Global available on request) and takes the position that our clients’ relationship systems are unique and can be helped to release their natural capacity to be creative, smart and get things done. We aim to improve individual and collective performance by recognising that change is the “new normal” and harnessing the reality that relationship systems at home, work and play are always in a state of emergence and wanting to express their potential.
RAW offers a series of creative interactions that empower clients to identify what matters most to them and take the bold steps to integrate who they are with what they want. Integrating skills through the lens of relationships has the potential to create outcomes beyond what is initially conceived and create high performing individuals and teams.

Coaching
We look to build your “relationship intelligence” through a process of deep listening, energetic thinking and practical applications. We take the position that our clients’ relationship systems are unique and can be helped to release their natural capacity to be creative, smart and get things done.
Consulting
We recognise that there are times that, as individuals and businesses, it is helpful to get an outside perspective that can provide specific knowledge, insight and skills. 30 years of business experience, including intimate knowledge of start-up, turnaround and growth phases (including the start and development of 3 asset management companies) equips us to consult to you.
Recruiting
We understand the importance of and strategic value in Jim Collins’ advice ‘to get the ‘right people on the bus…and in the right seats’. Our 20 years’ experience as a leader in the financial services sector and then in partnership with a global recruitment company helps us to help you make this happen.

In 2014, after 20 years as a leader in the financial services industry, I resigned as joint MD of one South Africa’s largest asset managers.
Why? To focus on building a new business that can help you and your business be more successful and profitable.
How? By engaging who you are and what you do through the lens of ‘relationship’. The greatest lesson I learned in over 30 years of work experience, from the factory floor to building a business that manages over R100billion, is that “Relationships Matter”.
